Travel & access
Reference scans and imagery can improve accuracy, but the initial video can be developed using existing CAD and available references. Approved travel is billed at cost; access and permissions are confirmed before scheduling.
One approved configuration
The first video uses the approved shorter-body truck and lift. Future automated systems or other equipment designs can be commissioned separately.
Production collaboration
Regular previews keep Tesco involved in camera, product, and movement approvals throughout the five-week production schedule.
PACKAGE01
INITIAL DEVELOPMENT + ONE 60–120 SECOND VIDEO
High-End 3D Video Animation
Develop the ORD environment, prepare and animate one approved low-profile truck and lift, integrate one aircraft, and complete the first presentation video. Includes expedited production with a five-week turnaround target.
INITIAL PACKAGE / INCLUDING RUSH FEE$22,000
Initial development + first video
$20,000
Expedited production fee 10% of the initial creative fee

Initial package total
$22,000

Five-week production schedule. The target runs from project kickoff after the initial payment, receipt of usable approved CAD and required references, and confirmation of the creative direction and first aircraft. Project completion depends on prompt consolidated feedback and approvals. The goal is a presentation-ready video ahead of the November 16–17, 2026 meetings; any interim clips or preview delivery will be agreed with Tesco if inputs or scope affect completion.
01.01
Discovery & Preproduction
PRE.01
Creative discovery
Confirm the presentation audience, key product benefits, messaging, and the first aircraft before production begins.
PRE.02
Visual treatment
An opening above Chicago O’Hare, a descent toward the concourse and aircraft, and a clear introduction to Tesco’s low-profile catering truck.
PRE.03
CAD + reference review
After an NDA is executed, review the approved shorter-body truck and lift CAD, separated moving components, elevation configurations, and reference videos. IGS/IGES exports are preferred; STEP/STP files are welcome.
PRE.04
Initial aircraft
Plan the first video around the Boeing 737-900 Series, subject to confirmation at kickoff. Confirm dimensions, access-door location, and the intended service position.
PRE.05
Layout-board development
Use Tesco’s supplied layout board and updated equipment references to approve the camera sequence and operating steps.
01.02
3D Production
3D.01
ORD environment development
Prepare one Chicago O’Hare gate-area environment using available 3D context and references, including terminal, apron, jet bridge, and the airport opening view. Areas with limited data can be rebuilt in 3D.
3D.02
Low-profile truck + lift preparation
Convert the approved CAD into production-ready geometry, prepare materials, and rig the shorter body, scissor lift, and extending platform. This package covers one approved equipment configuration.
3D.03
Aircraft integration
Prepare one aircraft at accurate scale and align the truck, platform, and service-door positions using the agreed references.
3D.04
Product animation
Animate the truck approach, positioning, lift elevation, platform extension, and aircraft access. Include views that communicate the low-profile design and intended wingtip clearance. Tesco reviews mechanical movement before final rendering.
3D.05
Camera sequence + lighting
Combine the overhead airport introduction with isometric product views, operating details, and high-end lighting to make the system’s operation clear.
3D.06
Rendering + future version preparation
Render the first video in 4K. The environment and production setup can support separately commissioned aircraft or equipment versions later.
01.03

Airline presentation branding
Adapt the existing video with supplied airline logos, titles, end cards, and presentation graphics. This option uses existing rendered footage; it does not change the aircraft’s exterior graphics.

From $1,500 / versionEXT.01
New scenes, sequences, or product lines
Additional airport environments, operating sequences, video length, camera coverage, or other Tesco products are scoped and priced separately before work begins.
Custom quote
Scope and cost approval. Starting prices assume reuse of the existing scene and agreed sequence. Combined aircraft and equipment changes will receive one scoped quote that accounts for shared work. Additional versions, redesigns, new scenes, extra revision rounds, and requests beyond the approved scope add cost and may extend the schedule. ZiaPixel will confirm pricing and timing before beginning additional work. Expedited future requests are quoted separately.
04 / PROJECT TERMS
Clear milestones. Flexible execution.
The initial package covers one approved equipment design, one aircraft, and one video sequence. Two consolidated revision rounds refine that approved scope. Substituting or redesigning approved equipment, adding aircraft or airline versions, and expanding the sequence are additional services.
All final videos are delivered in 4K, including a 16:9 version for general use. A social cutdown can be cropped to 9:16 or a format optimized for the intended social platform. Future video versions and optional services are scheduled separately.
